Privacy Policy

Solitaire Edge collects no data. Your settings, your saved game, your stats, and a small record of whether you've been asked to rate the app are stored on your device, and the app never sends them anywhere. There is no account with us, no analytics, no advertising SDK and no tracking.

We receive none of your data, so we keep none and there is nothing for us to delete. Deleting the app deletes its data from your device.

On Android, if your phone’s backup is turned on, Android’s own backup can include the app’s settings, saved game, stats and rating-prompt record in your Google account and restore them if you reinstall. That copy is made by Android, not by the app. You can turn device backup off, or delete your device’s backup, in your Google account settings; those settings apply to the device’s backup as a whole, not to one app at a time.

On iPhone and iPad, the app asks iOS to leave its data out of iCloud and computer backups. Apple treats that request as guidance rather than a guarantee, so a device backup could still include it.

On iPhone and iPad, Solitaire Edge starts Apple's Game Center when the app opens, which lets Apple check whether you are signed in; if you are, the app uses your existing Game Center account, and it never shows the Game Center sign-in screen. That exchange is between your device and Apple and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and Clapham Digital receives no data from it. The Android version of Solitaire Edge does not use Game Center.

Apple’s privacy policy

After your second win, Solitaire Edge may ask you to rate the app, once, using Apple's or Google's own rating prompt (SKStoreReviewController on iPhone and iPad, Play In-App Review on Android). That exchange is between your device and Apple or Google and is governed by their privacy policies, and Clapham Digital receives no data from it. The app keeps a small record on your device of whether you've been asked, so it does not ask twice.

The More Games tab shows two of our other apps, Blackjack Edge and Video Poker Edge. Tapping one opens its page in the App Store or on Google Play. The link carries no referral or tracking data, and the app sends nothing to us when you tap it.

If the data practices described here ever change, this page changes with them and the date below is updated. This policy covers Solitaire Edge specifically; other Clapham Digital apps are covered by the general policy or by their own.
